Banque Saudi Fransi shareholders to vote on 8.5% cash dividend for H2 2021 on June 12
Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) shareholders will vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to pay cash dividend at 8.5% of capital, or SAR 0.85 a share, for H2 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 12, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends for 2022 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis.
Shareholders will further discuss a share buyback of maximum 3 million shares to be allocated for the employee incentive program. The share repurchase will be financed from internal resources and the board will be authorized to complete the buyback within a maximum of 12 months.
The bank will retain the shares for 10 years maximum from the EGM date. After the period expires, the bank shall follow the procedures stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations. This program complements the board’s relevant approval on May 1, 2019.
