ANB shareholders to vote on 6% cash dividend for H2 2022 on March 28
Shareholders of Arab National Bank (ANB) will vote on the distribution of a 6% cash dividend, or SAR 0.60 per share, for the second half of 2022, during the general assembly meeting on March 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023.
Furthermore, shareholders will vote on electing board members for the next three-year term starting April 1, 2023. They will also discuss forming the audit committee, as well as determining the duties and remuneration of its members. The candidates are Thamer Alwadey, Khalid Albawardi, and Abdullah Alanazi.
The e-voting on the meeting agenda will start on March 25.
