Alinma Bank’s shareholders will vote on a 5% dividend payout, at SAR 0.50 per share, for the second half of 2022 during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 30.

In a statement to Tadawul, the bank said that shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or a biannual basis for 2023 and set the record and distribution dates.
Other agenda items include voting on the buyback of five million shares maximum. The shares will be allocated for the long-term employee stock incentive plan, which will be financed by the company’s resources.
Shareholders will start remote voting on April 27.
