In a statement to Tadawul, the cement producer said shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023.
The board was also delegated to determine the record and payment dates in accordance with the regulatory rules and procedures issued pursuant to the Companies Law, in line with the company's financial position, cash flows, expansion and investment plans.
The company’s contracts and transactions with related parties in 2022 were also approved.
