Fitaihi shareholders approve 4% cash dividend for 2022

Fitaihi Holding Group’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 4%, or SAR 0.40 a share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting held on May 4, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2023 semi-annually or quarterly, the statement added.

 

They also endorsed the amendment of some Articles of Association, as well as re-arranging and renumbering the articles to comply with the proposed amendments (from 16 to 46 due to the removal of some articles).
