Abo Moati’s board proposes 10% cash dividend for FY 2022/23
Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co.'s (Abo Moati) board of directors recommended on July 26 the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 0.5 per share, equivalent to 5% of capital, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023, the retailer said in a statement to Tadawul.
Moreover, the board recommended an additional SAR 0.5 cash dividend, or 5% of capital, for the same period, the company said in a separate statement.
