Abo Moati to vote on 10% cash dividend for FY22/23 on Sept. 20
Shareholders of Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. will vote on the board proposal to pay a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.50 per share, for the fiscal year (FY) ended on March 31, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Sept. 20, 2023.
Shareholders will also vote on the board recommendation to distribute special dividends at SAR 0.50 per share, or 5% of the stock nominal value, for the same FY, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 28.
They will also authorize the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semiannual or quarterly basis for the FY ending March 31, 2024.
