Saudi Paper board proposes 10% bonus issue, 5% dividend for Q3 2023
Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s (Saudi Paper) board of directors recommended today, Nov. 29, a 5% cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for Q3 2023.
The board also proposed a 10% capital hike via bonus shares, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The bonus issue is subject to the approval of competent authorities as well as the company’s extraordinary general assembly (EGM), Saudi Paper added.
