Riyadh Development Co.'s board of directors proposed a 2.5% cash dividend for the second half of 2023, at SAR 0.25 per share, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
Meanwhile, the board recommended a special dividend of 2.5% or SAR 0.25 per share, due to the sale of part of the company’s unutilized lands held for sale.
Thus, the total dividend distributed for H2 2023 stands at 5% or SAR 0.5 per share.
