Riyadh Development shareholders approve 5% cash dividend for H2 2023
Riyadh Development Co.'s shareholders approved a 2.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.25 per share, for H2 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 23, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
In addition, shareholders approved a special dividend of 2.5%, due to the sale of part of the company’s unutilized lands available for sale.
Thus, the total dividend distributed for H2 2023 stands at 5% or SAR 0.5 per share.
