Shareholders of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. will vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 13.5% of capital, or SAR 1.35 per share, for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 3, as shown below:
