NCLE shareholders to vote on 21% cash dividend for FY 2023/24 on Dec. 15
National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 21% of capital, or SAR 2.1 per share, for FY 2023/2024, during an ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for Dec. 15, according to a Tadawul statement.
