Dallah shareholders recently approved a proposed capital increase from SAR 976.81 million to SAR 1.02 billion through the issuance of 3.89 million ordinary shares to acquire AYYAN Investment Co.'s stakes in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Co. and Al-Salam Medical Services Co., Argaam reported.
The company previously distributed SAR 146.29 million cash dividend, or 15% of capital at SAR 1.5 per share, for the first nine months of 2024.
