A Saudi court has postponed the appeal filed by AlBaha Investment and Development Co. against Al Sateaa Modern Construction Co. until April 1, 2020.

AlBaha will post further updates in due course, the company said to a bourse statement on Thursday.

Earlier, the court delayed the appeal filed by AlBaha against Al Sateaa until July 17, 2019.

In August 2016, AlBaha received a court order requesting the implementation of a previous administrative court order in favor of Al Sateaa Modern Construction Co., nevertheless, it obtained later on in February 2017 a ruling to stop the implementation until the order is corrected.

The initial order required AlBaha to make a payment of SAR 3 million, evacuate 134 plots in Al Taif and evacuate the poultry project land in Al Aqeeq.
