Allianz SF appoints new board member

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. (Allianz SF) appointed Mohammed Amine Benabbou as a non-executive board member, in place of Hicham Raissi, effective from Nov. 24.

 

The decision was approved by the board of directors on Oct. 19, as Raissi submitted his resignation, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The new appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Benabbou, who holds a Moroccan national, earned a master’s degree in financial engineering from France’s EM Lyon Business School. Benabbou has a broad experience of over eight years in investment banking and insurance. He served as Head of Business Division Africa and MENA at Allianz.
