Alkhaleej Training reappoints Abdul Aziz Al-Balayhid as chairman

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.'s board of directors approved today, Feb. 14, 2021, the appointment of Abdul Aziz bin Hammad Nasser Al-Balayhid as board chairman and Abdulaziz bin Rashid Al Rashed as vice chairman for the new term started Feb. 12, 2021, until Feb. 11, 2024.

The board of directors also gave a nod to the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, the governance and social responsibility committee, and the audit committee, according to a bourse statement.

In addition, Alwaleed bin Abdul Razzaq Aldraiaan was appointed as managing director, while Adel Amin Othman was named the secretary of the board of directors.

The company also appointed two representatives for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
