Dur Hospitality Co.'s board of directors recommended today, March 25, 2021, withholding the distribution of cash dividend to shareholders for 2020, according to a bourse filing.
 

The board said that the recommendation aims to support and strengthen the company's financial position, as it did not report profits in 2020 due to the repercussions of the pandemic.
 

The board’s recommendation will be presented at the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.

يفترض إذا ما بيوزع أرباح يمنحها أسهم للمساهمين كتعويض عن صرف الأرباح .

الكل وزع الا التموين بحجة كورونا. اعتقد ليس من حقهم بعد الاعلان عن توزيع ١.٤
