The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said that shares of Saudi Parts Center Co. (SPC) will be listed on Nomu - Parallel Market on Feb. 21, with the symbol 9533 and ISIN Code SA15GGOKKUH7.

 

The company's shares will trade with ±30% daily price fluctuation limits and ±10% static price fluctuation limits.

 

In December 2021, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved SPC’s application to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu, Argaam reported.

 

Last month, SPC announced the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu and set the price guidance per share at SAR 49.

 

The company was established in 1988 as a closed joint stock company. Its capital currently reaches SAR 30 million.
