Employees at licensed financial institutions reach 4,773, Saudization at 77% by Q4-end: CMA

The Capital Market Authority's (CMA) data showed that the number of employees at licensed financial institutions reached 4,773 by the end of the fourth quarter of 2021, an increase of 167 employees quarter-on-quarter.
Meanwhile, the localization rate at these institutions reached 77% by the end of Q4 2021, according to the report of licensed persons issued recently.

The number of licensed financial institutions reached 115 by the end of Q4 2021. SNB Capital topped the list with 386 employees, and 90% Saudization rate. It was followed by HSBC Saudi Arabia Ltd with 380 employees, with 77% Saudization rate.
Meanwhile, Merak Capital, Tamra Capital, Razeen Capital, JOA Capital, Sadu Capital, Haykala Advisors and Rasana Capital achieved 100% Saudization.
