BCI opens board membership nominations today

Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) opens today, March 23, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 15, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

Candidates can submit nomination applications until April 23.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
