Future Care shares to debut on Nomu today

Future Care Trading Co. will start the direct listing and trading of its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market today, Aug.1, under the symbol 9544.

Shares will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits.

Future Care issued, on June 26, the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu and set the guidance price at SAR 90/share, Argaam reported.

On June 7, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Future Care’s application to register its shares for a direct listing on Nomu, according to data available with Argaam.

The listing is considered the 20th on Nomu in 2022, including 10 direct listings and 10 share offerings for qualified investors.

Established in 2016, and capitalized at SAR 50 million, the Jeddah-based company primarily provides home healthcare and laboratory services.
