NHC official says 3 mln families registered with Sakani so far

The housing sector worked to facilitate citizen access to dwellings through several measures, resulting in the registration of three million families in the Sakani Program, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql, Head of Individual Solution Sector at National Housing Co. (NHC).

The measures include automating the entire stages of ownership and providing information to all parties, which raises the satisfaction level of beneficiaries.

Al-Aql added that the re-engineering procedures, facilitating the journey of the beneficiary citizen in reaching his preferences, and meeting the requirements of quality of life in residential projects, was an important element.

He added that it used to take several months for citizens to know the extent of their eligibility for government support, but this process has become immediate after digital solutions.
