AICTEC launches new app, system to manage events, establishments

Advance International Co. for Communications and Information Technology (AICTEC) launched an application named “aicTime”, and an advanced system for managing events and facilities named “ZONETES”. The trademark registration number is 1443037996. 

The app helps control attendance in record time and provides convenience and efficiency in all sectors, AICTEC said in separate statements to Tadawul.

Meanwhile, it facilitates the recording of attendance for corporate employees, business meetings, and site visits. It also allows to log attendance through smartphones.

The system controls entry and exit, visitor numbers, management of reservations, and information sharing between registration sites. It also interacts with the access control, parking and elevator control systems, and assists companies and reception offices in managing visitors and the sharing of database.

The launch ceremony will take place in Dubai during GITEX Global, the company added, noting that the expected positive financial impact of this application will appear by 2023-end.
