Equipment House receives award approval for 2 two projects with HRSD Ministry for SAR 281 mln

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) received on Nov. 21 the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) on awarding the company maintenance projects at a total value of SAR 280.85 million.  The company revealed the details of both projects in two separate statements to Tadawul.  

The first project entails maintenance, cleaning and personal care of comprehensive rehabilitation centers and social care homes for the third group in Makkah, Taif and Al-Qunfudhah. 

The project contract is valued at SAR 126.52 million, including value-added tax (VAT).  

The second project is for maintenance, cleaning and personal care of comprehensive rehabilitation centers and social care homes for the sixth group in Madinah and Yanbu. The project value stands at SAR 154.33 million, including VAT. 

The duration of both the projects is 24 months. The financial impact of the two projects is expected during Q2 2023.  

Any future developments will be announced at the appropriate time, especially after receiving the final version of the contract and it is signed by all parties concerned.
