Jabal Omar receives Tourism Ministry license to operate first tower of Address Hotel

Jabal Omar Development Co.  announced that it received today, May 18, the license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate the first tower of Jabal Omar Address Hotel with a five-star rating, according to Tadawul statement.

The tower includes 742 rooms and suites, of which 51 rooms were sold off-plan, in addition to two restaurants, a cafe, meetings rooms, a business center, an executive lounge, multi-purpose halls, a fitness center, a health club and commercial spaces.

The Address Hotel consists of two towers, each comprising 44 floors and a helipad, and has the highest hanging mosque in the world overlooking the Holy Kabaa.

The company is currently working on handing over the second tower to the operator and completing the necessary procedures to obtain permits from the relevant authorities to operate the tower.

The hotel operation will have a positive financial impact on the company's 2023 revenue.

The move is a continuation of the implementation of Jabal Omar's strategic transformation plan, which enables it to keep pace with the goals of Vision 2030. It will also enhance the quality of the local tourism and hospitality sector.
