Naba Alsaha lands lease contract from Hail Municipality

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. received on June 13 a letter of award from Hail Municipality to lease a land plot in Hail for the purpose of establishing, operating and maintaining a hospital, a private clinic, or a medical complex.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract value is SAR 2.16 million, inclusive of VAT, representing the total rent over 25 years.

 

Hail Municipality will lease the land spanning 24,518 square meters for a period of 25 years.

 

The contract is expected to be signed on July 12, 2023, the statement said.

 

Further developments will be announced in due course as per the relevant regulations.
