Saudi Catering shareholders approve name change to CATRION

Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s shareholders approved amendments to Article 2 of bylaws, related to the company’s name, and ratified changing the trading name to CATRION Catering Holding Co. during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 12.

In a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Catering said shareholders also approved amendments to Article 4, related to the company’s activities, and added new activities.

In a separate statement, the company said that the trade name change comes as part of its vision, which aims to expand the scope of its success and business to reflect its global aspirations.

This is also in line with the growth opportunities targeted in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

CATRION will continue to strengthen its role and strategic relationships with its partners and customers in order to achieve their interests and aspirations, it added.

Moreover, the company will strive to diversify its services in the field of aviation and non-aviation sectors in a manner that contributes to the sustainability of its business, achieves profitability, and enhances its leadership role regionally and globally, the statement added.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company has recently unveiled its new identity, 'CATRION'.
