Saudi Cable says 2023 financials still under audit

Saudi Cable Co. said that the auditing of 2023 financial results is still ongoing and in its final stages.

The company's management is working to publish the financial statements during the period specified for share trading, which ends on May 6, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Saudi Cable also confirmed its commitment to disclose any developments related to its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis, as well as any material events.

The board of directors’ annual report for 2023 will be published after the financial results for the same fiscal year are approved and published.

The company will announce the financial impact later, the statement added, noting that there are no costs associated with the event at present.

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will continue to apply according to the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) dated Jan. 30, 2019, and announced on Tadawul on March 25, 2019.
