Budget Saudi Announces the date and method of distributing dividends to shareholders for the Second half of the year 2023

With reference to the announcement of the United International Transportation Company on 26-05-2024 on the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 23-05-2024 which included the Assembly's approval to distribute final cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2023, The Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the dividends will be distributed starting from Thursday 06-06-2024, for the shareholders’ bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios, and the eligibility for dividends for the shareholders of the company who own the shares at the end of trading on Thursday 23-05-2024 and are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date, at (1) Saudi riyals per share, which represents (10%) of the share capital, with a total amount of (71,166,668) Saudi riyals.
