Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved a board of directors’ recommendation to withhold cash dividends for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 5, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
According to data available on Argaam, the insurer’s board of directors recommended in March withholding dividends for 2023 to support and strengthen the company’s financial position.
