SPIMACO plans to appoint new external auditor

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) announced that it plans to appoint a new external auditor, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

This is attributed to the higher fees of the current auditor, Baker Tilly, whose term is scheduled to expire by the end of Q1 2025.

In June 2023, SPIMACO shareholders approved appointing Baker Tilly as an auditor to review Q2, Q3, and Q4 2023 results, as well as Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 2024, in addition to Q1 2025 financials, according to data available with Argaam.
