Tihama plans to publish Q1 2024/25 financials before Nov. 15

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. is still unable to publish financial statements for Q1 ended on June 30, 2024, within the specified time, as they are currently being reviewed and examined by the audit committee, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 29.

The company now plans to publish the preliminary financial statements for Q1 before Nov. 15.

Due to the expiry of the statutory deadline for publishing the financial statements and in accordance with subparagraph (1) of paragraph (c) of Article 36 of the Listing Rules, trading in the company’s stock will remain suspended as of July 30, 2024, until the respective financial statements are published.

Developments in the inability to publish the financial results will be announced on a monthly basis, with a commitment to announce without delay in the event of any material developments.

On Sept. 9, Tihama announced its inability to issue the Q1 2024/25 financial results on time for being in the works by the financial department, according to data available to Argaam.

Tihama stock has been suspended from trading since July 30, pending the release of the due financial statements.
