Baazeem reappoints Salem Baazeem as Chairman, Fawzia Baazeem as Vice Chairman

Baazeem Trading Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting on Jan. 26, reappointed Salem Saleh Baazeem as Chairman and Fawzia Saleh Baazeem as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the board decided to appoint Ali Musleh Al-Waqidi as Managing Director.

The board also formed the audit as well as the nominations and remuneration committees, and appointed the secretary of the board of directors, as well as the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all related purposes.
