Samsung Electronics topped the list of the most admired brands in Saudi Arabia followed by Google and Apple respectively; according to BrandIndex mid-year rankings.

Al-Baik restaurants chain came fifth while Al-Marai and Arabian Oud came in the eighth and ninth positions respectively.

The list was compiled using YouGov’s Saudi Arabia BrandIndex Rankings for the first half of 2014.

 BrandIndex tracks over 455 brands in Saudi Arabia across 24 sectors simultaneously, and is the first and only daily measure of brand perception among the public.
