Saudi Arabia's Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company said on Monday that its board plans to hold an extraordinary general meeting on Dec. 15 to discuss expansion plans and new investments.
The Dammam-based company said it's considering diversifying its investments by looking to new sectors, such as meat manufacturing and production, as well as fish farms.
The board also plans to discuss amending company bylaws in order to up its stakes in other companies, as well as open up new branches, offices, and franchises both in the kingdom and abroad.
