The first stage, Phase A, will have a capacity of 200MW, and is planned to be commissioned by April 2018, MEED reported.

The second stage, Phase B, with a capacity of 300MW will be commissioned by April 2019 and the third stage, Phase C, is expected to be commissioned by April 2020. It will have a capacity of 300MW.
