Herfy to pay H1 dividend on Sept. 17

Herfy Food Services Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the first half of 2018 on September 17, 2018.

 Shareholders of record on August 28, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

This week, the company’s board of directors recommended a 10 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2018, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 64.68 million, amounting to SAR 8 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
