Arab National Bank approves 5% cash dividend for H2 2019
Arab National Bank's (ANB) shareholders approved yesterday the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 a share, for the second half of 2019, the bank said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also elected board directors and formed a new audit committee for the upcoming term starting on April 1, 2020.
