SAIB shareholders approve 4% cash dividend for 2020
Saudi Investment Bank’s (SAIB) shareholders approved the board of directors' recommendation on paying cash dividend at 4% of capital, or SAR 0.40 per share, totaling SAR 270 million for 2020, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 21, 2021.
During the meeting, shareholders also authorized the board to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
