Aldrees shareholders to vote on 15% cash dividend for 2021 on Feb. 28
Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividend at 15% of capital, or SAR 1.5 a share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for Feb. 28, 2022, according to a bourse filing.
The dividend amounting to SAR 112.5 million will be payable as of March 14, the statement added.
Shareholders will also vote on the board’s as well as auditor’s reports and financial statements for 2021.
They will also discuss the appointment of an external auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, as well as their fees.
Additionally, shareholders will vote on the business contracts between the company and other parties for 2022.
The voting on the agenda items will commence on Feb. 24 via Tadawulaty services.
