SNB shareholders to vote on 9% cash dividend for H2 2021 on April 17

Saudi National Bank (SNB) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on the distribution of cash dividend at 9% of capital, or SAR 0.90 per share, for H2 2021, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 17, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2022.

 

They will also vote on using 2.85 million shares from surplus treasury shares which resulted from the merger, to be allocated for the first round of incentive program for executive employees.
