Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.
1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said that the number of free float shares for all companies on June 27 has been updated for the second quarter of 2019.
2) Tadawul has lifted the trading suspension placed on shares of National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar), the bourse said in a statement.
3) Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.'s net profit after zakat and tax increased by 39.86 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 144.75 million in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019, despite lower sales.
4) Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors has recommended to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.
5) Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati)’s board of directors has recommended a five percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, at SAR 0.50 per share, amounting to SAR 8 million.
6) Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (Chubb Arabia) shareholders approved on Thursday the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for FY2018.
7) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects financial statements for FY ending on Dec. 31, 2018 to be posted before mid-July 2019.
8) Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) opened two new fitness centers in Jeddah for the total amount of SAR 17.6 million.
9) Brent crude on Monday increased $1.61 to reach $66.35/bbl, while WTI crude also gained $1.39 to reach $59.86/bbl.
