7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the resignation of non-executive board member, Simeon Preston, effective July 1, 2019.

 

2) Saudi Airlines Catering has inked a five-year contract with the Saudi Railways at a total value of SAR 85 million, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

3) Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) approved Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. request to increase its capital to SAR 500 million through a SAR 200 million rights issue.

 

4) Al Masha'ar REIT Fund will pay a 2.6 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.26 per unit, amounting to SAR 14.88 million, the fund manager, Muscat Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

5) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. will pay on July 14 a 15 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2019, at SAR 1.50 per unit, amounting to SAR 180 million.

 

6) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has published its quarterly report on listed firms' ownership into their own shares for Q2 2019.

 

7) Brent crude on Wednesday gained 17 cents to reach $62.57/bbl, while WTI crude also increased 17 cents to reach $56.42/bbl.
