Advanced Petrochemical announces CEO’s resignation, appoints new

Advanced Petrochemical Company has announced that its CEO, Abdullah M. Al Garawi, has submitted his resignation, effective August 16, 2019, as he is approaching end of his contract, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al Garawi will continue to extend his support, as chief advisor, to the company's Board of Directors until November 30, 2019, the company announced.

 

Advanced's Board of Directors has appointed the current Vice President - Technical, Fahad Salem Al Matrafi, as the new CEO from August 16, 2019.
