Wafrah appoints chairman, vice chairman

Wafrah for Industry & Development Co.’s (Wafrah) board of directors appointed Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Majed as a chairman of the board and Ibrahim Al Daghrir as a vice chairman, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

Turki Bin Masoud Mahdi Al Abbas was named as a managing director.

 

The board also formed the nomination and the numeration committee, the statement added.
