King Salman directs public, private sectors to facilitate hajj rituals

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman has directed the government and private sectors to facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals for all pilgrims, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.

He also directed all entities to ensure security and stability for all pilgrims along with high-quality land, marine and air services. 

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques lauded the Makkah Route initiative, being implemented under the National Transformation Program 2020 and Saudi Vision 2030. 

In 2018, Saudi Arabia launched the Makkah Route initiative in Indonesia and Malaysia in order to facilitate the journey of pilgrims, Argaam reported.
