Saudi Ministry of Housing's Sakani program has provided residential schemes for 80,600 households across the Kingdom in H1 2019, including 38,400 who have already received their units.
In June, a total of 12,400 families benefited from the program's residential options and financing solutions with 4,690 families having received their units, Sakani said in its monthly report.
Sakani is currently developing 53 residential projects in partnership with the private sector across the Kingdom.
The housing ministry’s program has also launched 11 new residential schemes to provide 9,698 free-of-charge land plots to beneficiaries in Asir, Riyadh, Al-Baha and the Northern Borders Region, the report added.
