Saudi Enaya appoints Khalid Qumah as new board member

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. has appointed Khalid Bin Abed Qumah as an independent board member in place of Bilal Ghazawi, effective July 28, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision came after Saudi Enaya had accepted the resignation of Ghazawi (independent member) from the board of directors, with immediate effect starting July 25.

 

Qama currently serves as the chief executive officer of Mithaq Holding.

 

The new appointment will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting, the statement added.
