Thimar approves FY 2018 financials, audit report

Shareholders of National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) have approved financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

The board report for the same period was also endorsed and the board of directors was discharged from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

An external auditor was appointed for the remaining period of 2019 and Q1 2020.
