Nama appoints new audit committee members

Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors has appointed Abdulrahman Belghonaim and Mufdhi Atnan as members of the audit committee, effective July 30, 2019.

The new members will remain in office until the end of the current term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

Belghonaim has over 13 years of experience in audit, financial consultancy, risk management and financial analysis.

With over 12 years of experience, Atnan has worked in financial management, cash management and financial analysis.

The new appointments will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
